Andy Lin is the Christchurch owner-operator of Habit Christchurch. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and renovation work, Andy and his team are your local expert Christchurch property inspectors.

Nathan Attwood is our Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), and together our team have over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the industry.

The combined wealth of experience to our work is reflected in the quality of our inspections and building reports. We are happy to quote free of any charge or obligation on a property by property basis.
